Our trainings are customized to your unique challenges and interests.
HTI has decades of experience working with leaders, parents and groups and we share those experiences.
We bring lots of formal theory, but don’t focus on it.
We utilize experiential learning as opposed to rote or didactic learning, both of which are common and effective ways to learn.
We focus on skills acquisition.
People in our workshops change their behaviors, attitudes and perceptions and learn how to help others do the same.
Our participants are active in every session and contribute their own experiences, perceptions, thoughts, values and feelings to the content presented.
We encourage participants to broaden their perspectives and imagine what’s possible.
We rarely lecture. Our learning environment is nonthreatening, stimulating, fun and spirited.
HTI prioritizes:
clarity over jargon
practice over assumptions
outcomes over credit
experience over rhetoric
relationships over position
