  • HTI has decades of experience working with leaders, parents and groups and we share those experiences.

  • We bring lots of formal theory, but don’t focus on it.

  • We utilize experiential learning as opposed to rote or didactic learning, both of which are common and effective ways to learn.

  • We focus on skills acquisition.

  • People in our workshops change their behaviors, attitudes and perceptions and learn how to help others do the same.

  • Our participants are active in every session and contribute their own experiences, perceptions, thoughts, values and feelings to the content presented.
